Healthy Monday nights

Dinner last night was both nutritious and scrumptious! Peach grilled up chicken cutlets and sliced zucchini, both marinated in garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill and parsley, and S&P. Served it with a side of Israeli couscous, which I spiced up with roasted garlic, fresh dill and chives, lemon, chopped shallots, and S&P.
Then I ate about 9 tag-a-longs and do-si-dos.
